We are a husband and wife team that began as realtors in New York City back in 2016. Since then, we have expanded our businesses into Los Angeles to include real estate investing, design & build, and an online storefront curated with must-have pieces.

Licensed in both New York and California, Jay is the trusted confidante you want on your side for every transaction and is always willing to go the extra mile for his clients. 

With a few successful resales under our belt, we can quickly identify undervalued properties with upside potential and understand how to navigate budget management, design and renovation work, and resale strategies. 

Expanding into Design & Rentals

Jenny has a thoughtful eye for interior design and creating inviting spaces. She is passionate about revitalizing older homes and combines modern design with timeless materials to achieve functional living and memorable guest experiences.
