ONCE THESE ORDERS HAVE BEEN PROCESSED, USUALLY WITHIN 24 HOURS, WE ARE UNABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER. IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT BEEN PROCESSED AND WE ARE ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER, WE WILL GLADLY DO SO! 

RETURN POLICY ON HOME DECOR ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, AND TEXTILES

We will gladly offer you a replacement or refund on any eligible home decor merchandise within 21 days of purchase date. 

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Our customers are responsible for return shipping and refunds are minus original shipping costs. If the item was purchased during a free shipping promotion, refund will still be calculated less the shipping fee associated with the order.

Please fill out the Return Request form within 21 days of delivery to request a return authorization and pre-paid shipping label. Delivery/Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. 

RETURN SHIPPING AT CUSTOMER'S OWN RISK

Returning the item(s) is at your own risk; we are not liable for damages caused by inadequate packaging or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them, or if returns are not received or within the listed time frame, the items will not be eligible for a refund and you will be notified. Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling outside of clothing returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Returns sent in that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender. Please allow 3-7 business days to process your refund. 

Large items such as furniture, lighting, artwork, mirrors, plants and rugs are FINAL sale and non-returnable. All sale items are FINAL sale and non-returnable. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We are unable to cancel your order 24 hours after it has been placed. It is possible to cancel backordered items in your order, since they are not scheduled for immediate shipment.
